We're three weeks into November and all three have been very strong ones for the domain aftermarket. The past week was the month's best yet for the high end of the market with a quartet of six-figure sales totaling just under $1 million setting the pace. The new Top 20 features 14 .coms, 3 ccTLDs and 3 non .com gTLDs.

A lot of people have had UDRPs filed against them or been sued for registering a domain based on a celebrity's name. However, under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, a person doesn't have to be a celebrity for you to get in trouble if you register their name as a domain, then try to sell it to them for a profit.

Last month I told you about a rapidly rising Nashville-based rock trio fronted by singer/songwriter/guitarist BREE with Domain Hall of Fame member David Castello on drums being nominated for the 2012 RAW Nashville Musician of the Year Award. The nominees battled head to head on stage last night and look who won.
